Our brand-new private offices and conference rooms are available for rental on a half-day, full-day or longer basis. Each office space is outfitted with essential amenities including Wi-Fi, printer/copier access, and access to Lexis Nexis & Westlaw research resources. Our conference rooms comfortably accommodate small and large groups and are equipped with video conferencing capabilities. Conveniently located inside the City Bar’s landmark building at 42 West 44th Street, our new offices boast a prime and prestigious midtown location, conveniently accessible via numerous subways.

The program’s panel sessions will address corporations’ obligations to both shareholders and stakeholders under New York, Delaware, Texas, California, and European Union law. Panelists will focus on how attorneys can navigate the red-blue divide, as well as domestic versus European requirements internationally while advising their clients. The 4th session will use case studies to provide practical guidance on how counsel can help their multi-national corporate clients respond when mandates conflict.
